Gold / Cash Exchange Policy

Minimum Order: This policy is valid only for orders above ₹25,000.

Gold or Cash Exchange: After you place an order, our staff will contact you to confirm your design and delivery details. We will collect gold blocks or cash payment in exchange for the jewelry.

Gold Rate Note: Final pricing will be calculated based on the prevailing gold rate on the order confirmation date.

Delivery Charges: A delivery fee will be applied based on your location. For deliveries within **Thrissur**, we charge ₹150. For other parts of Kerala, delivery charges range between ₹200 – ₹500 depending on distance.

Verification: Our representative will verify the gold you provide and collect the required weight based on your selected product.
